I.) You, as a money donor, certify that you are at least 18 years of age, or that your donation is made with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
II.) You understand and agree that donation you make is non-refundable.
III.) We reserve the right to change, with or without notice, any conditions, benefits, rewards, etc. of any ranks or services.
IV.)You understand and agree that the use of this website, server, or any other content is made available and provided to you at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement. You use all information and services at your own risk without our liability of any kind.
V.) We reserve the rights to forcibly make you leave the server, permanently or otherwise, with no compensation of any kind.
VI.) By accepting the terms of this document, you waive your right to take any action, legal or otherwise, against anyone or VII.) anything related to the server, website, staff and administration, members, or any other services relating to this server.
VIII.) There is no guarantee on being able to enter the server, and if the server no longer operates the virtual items are forfeit.
IX.) All items are virtual and have no value.
X.) Refund requests due to issues concerning lag, game glitches, or any other issues are subject to the discretion of the MCFree network staff.
XI.) All terms and conditions are in effect as soon as the contract is accepted, and will remain active even after you quit or leave, or you are banned or removed from the server, website, and/or other services in any way.
